However, the roof, now over 70 years old, is in dire need of replacement. Unfortunately, the church lacks the funds necessary to undertake this crucial project, and the aging congregation is no longer able to perform the repairs themselves.

My name is Sarah Beth. I first joined the OAR team in 2016. Like many of our staff, a job that provided housing was particularly appealing to me. The owner at the time had already been trying to sell the company for several years when I joined, and as a result, he was very hesitant to put anything back into the place, always believing he was on the verge of finding the right buyer. Over time the damage took it's toll on the buildings and infrastructure. When we managed to buy the place in 2022 we were very excited to finally be able to do something about it. Our talented team has been able to mitigate a lot of the damage using our combined skills to fix things ourselves. We have made astounding progress in just two years and the improvements have been reflected in our business success but there is still so, so much to do. Any help with the costly and much-needed roof repairs would be a huge relief, allowing us to focus on repairing the water damage inside and restoring the facilities to their full potential. Your support would make a significant difference as we work to maintain and grow these businesses. This isn't just our job but our home. She has plans to launch a beauty school to provide a certified trade to those in marginalized communities, further extending her impact and outreach.
